Asian Egg Drop Soup

Asian Egg Drop Soup






Ingredients:




                                                             (For 3 persons)

4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with 2 t water
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 green onions, chopped (the whole onion)
salt and pepper

Directions:

1-Bring broth and soy sauce to a boil.

2-Slowly add cornstarch mix, stirring until thickened.

3-Reduce to a simmer.

4-Add eggs slowly, while stirring the soup in the same direction.

5-The egg will spread and feather.

6-Turn off heat and add the onions.

7-Add salt and pepper.

8-Serve at once.
